客戶反饋市場(chǎng)返修整機(jī)1塊,有2塊CS2003CB功能出現(xiàn)異常,電路批號(hào)為MDTAY23D1PL,要求我司分析原因。
原因分析及糾正措施:
將整機(jī)板上的IC7、IC9兩塊失效電路拆下,清理管腳后用我出廠測(cè)試程序復(fù)測(cè)試,結(jié)果2塊電路均不能通過(guò)我司的出廠檢測(cè),主要失效項(xiàng)為:集電極飽和壓降、鉗位二極管正向電壓、直流電流傳輸率等,測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)如下:

在實(shí)驗(yàn)室使用測(cè)試夾具對(duì)反饋電路進(jìn)行測(cè)試,2塊反饋電路的輸出功能均不正常。測(cè)試條件:輸入端電壓為5V,再將輸出端接5V電壓并串聯(lián)120Ω功率電阻及發(fā)光二極管,接好地線,觀查電路輸出功能是否正常。

反饋電路IC7的OUT7對(duì)地、COM端短路,IC9的OUT5~OUT7對(duì)地、COM端短路。
使用晶體管特性儀對(duì)反饋電路進(jìn)行檢測(cè),反饋電路各端口的特性曲線與正常電路有明顯差異,主要異常為:輸出對(duì)地、輸出對(duì)COM端異常,具體如下圖:

對(duì)反饋電路進(jìn)行X射線檢查,2塊反饋電路的鍵合引線均沒(méi)有異常,具體如下圖:

將反饋電路IC9進(jìn)行解剖分析,解剖電路表面有明顯的ESD擊穿痕跡和燒毀痕跡,具體如下圖:

對(duì)解剖電路進(jìn)行扎針測(cè)試,OUT5、OUT6、OUT7對(duì)地二極管特性曲線呈短路狀態(tài),且OUT5、OUT6、OUT7對(duì)其他輸出腳也由短路狀態(tài)變?yōu)槎O管特性狀態(tài),具體如下圖:

客戶反饋的1塊整機(jī)板上的2塊CS2003CB電路均不能通過(guò)我司的出廠檢測(cè),所有電路均已損壞失效,且失效模式基本相同,具體表現(xiàn)為:輸出對(duì)地、輸出對(duì)COM端芯片局部燒毀。
從電路失效通道的輸入輸出管腳特性和解剖后的芯片表面燒毀情況,推斷失效原因可能是電網(wǎng)波動(dòng)或浪涌沖擊(如:雷擊或開(kāi)關(guān)電源部分器件損傷導(dǎo)致電源系統(tǒng)異常),異常沖擊經(jīng)電源線通過(guò)COM端串入,依次導(dǎo)致CS2003CB IC9、IC7失效。
